Cannot Transfer Regions

I am unable to transfer from NA to EU East. The option is not available in my client under Store > Account.

Would like to switch because I moved abroad and need a better connection.

I run the MAC client for iOS. Thanks!

Network Operations – Yesterday at 1:46 AM Transfers to and from NA have been temporarily disabled due to an issue causing transfers to fail. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Its been disabled for ages now a lot longer than Wednesday :P its annoying me also trying to play with 200 ping 1 second click delay, crap game experience.
