[GAMEPLAY] Sivir with spellshield still stunned by Veigar E
Sivir tries to proc spellshield mana restore walking into Veigar E and still gets stunned.

as far as I know spell shields only work on active abilities not passive... e.g. spell shield wont shield you from ,,burning" from a red buff but will stop an ability.... same with the wall
black shield let's you walk right through it
