4K screen AND mouse bug

Hi Riot. This is so frustrating. Firstly, i have a 4K screen. That can't be too uncommon these days - not everyone wants to play on their laptop. If I signal with control-G-click to indicate missing/intention to move then the screen goes all green for a sec.

Secondly, as I have a big screen, and as there is no option ofr increasing the size of the 'hand' then I have to run 'Yolo' in the background. The latest patch/new client has meant that the game crashes and it doesn't seem to run until it says 'we've patched you to an earlier patch' or something like that.

Anyway, two issues, both related to the 4K screen.
