Playing my warm up match, and darius bot seemed to just walk right next to me and not attack, not sure if a one time thing or not...He was able to cast q and thats it, he didn't even run away most of the time, he took it like a man.
this is the case for every melee bot as far as I can tell. I've had problems with darius, ammumu, and malphite so far. As soon as you move away they act normally.
It appears that top lane bot's pathing is messed up. They play fine most of the time, but when they run into you they start stutter stepping and basically do nothing. Is this the case here? Try more matches, I'm sure you'll find they all do it.
It's not a top lane only issue. I started having this against mid Darius right from the start of my game. For the most part of the game it was isolated to Darius, were repeatedly upon engagements (even with other bots sometimes) he would just start stutter-stepping without going very far, and would not attack. If he was allowed to get away from enemy champions he would revert to normal movement and attacks.
Towards the end Shen on my team was having the issue too, this time within the enemy base. Darius and Shen were dancing right next to one another with stutter-steps. The fact that Shen had this issue somewhat backs up the melee bot theory.
