Had this issue before except it was stuck at 33%, fixed itself after a while. This time I tried repairing client, forcing repatch by deleting files, deleting and reinstalling client, however nothing worked this is my last resort. If someone has/had this issue how did you fix it? If not what would you suggest I do to fix it. Had this issue ever since new update came out.
Found a solution,if anyone has same issue, just leave the patcher on for about an hour it will eventually start downloading!!!
I have the exact same issue
um this is a possibly a fix, right click league show content then content>LOL>RADS>projects>lol_air_client>releases>(whatever highest number) then copy the S_OK folder then go content>LOL>RADS>projects>lol_game_client>releases>(whatever highest number) and paste the S_OK, then repatch. if it doesn't work the first time close and relaunch and possibly repeat this a couple times
