Riot games made me lose lp, because my client froze.

Ok Riot. I have been gaining lp and trying to get out from gold 4. Instead my client freezes. I had 100% and i could not Do anything. After that it was a remake, EVEN though I didn't leave the game! Lost over 16 lp cause of that. That isn't fair. It was a winnable game and my client gets f*ed up!
