Low League Point (System Glitched?)

Ever since the first game of placement i got +19 LP and i already see something wrong here but i continue to finish placement and won 7 out of 8 games. League Point start going down from 19 to 18,17,... I have played 7 games recently and won all of it and each game i get +11, +12 LP. I was platinum last season and my performance of each game are S+ and S. Can Someone help? I'm trying to climb to platinum but it seems like i have to win 9 games in a row for each division to get to series. This is exhausting. Thank you. :(
