FAILED TO RECEIVE A SKIN VIA PERMANENT RE-ROLL HEX-TECH CRAFTING

I rerolled three skins I disliked. I then received Rageborn Mundo, without having Mundo as a champion. Afte a few months I finally decided to by Mundo. However, after purchasing Mundo and activating the skin the client failed to load the skin. In the end, I didn't receive the skin. I apologise for sounding like a spoiled brat, but could anyone please help me?
