Maestro bug?

This has happened a few times already. I'm in game, everything is normal, middle of teamfight maybe. When out of nowhere, it cuts to desktop (playing in full screen) and out comes maestro has failed please restart, along with BugSplat. However, I can still go back to my game and resume it as all it did was kill Lol.exe not PVP.exe. Once the game ends.. well it exits out to nothing since Lol.exe isn't running anymore and so I never get end of game stats and have to start up and log in again if I want to do anything else.

It's happened a few times and I have no idea what the problem can be. I've heard firewall can cause these types of issues so I disabled firewall but the issues still occurred.

On a Windows 10 Surface Pro 3 if that makes a difference.
