Demoted Due to Riot's Incapability to Fix Client

(Windows Client) I was recently demoted to gold 1 from Plat 5 because of the known issue of random disconnecting from games, that Riot simply chooses to ignore even though there have been multiple threads regarding the issue. The issue is the same, around 10-20 minutes into the game i will get a attempting to reconnect notification. I have to exit the game and reconnect but 9/10 times i load to 100% and the client crashes again, i know i have no internet connection issues and it must be the client because my brother plays on the same network and he never has this issue. I have re-patched my client to fix bugs but the issue still happens. That being said i'm not here to whine about me getting demoted and to beg for you to revert my rank but i'm asking you to at least acknowledge the fact that there are players out there dealing with this issue, and to fix the issue before you start to lose a player base.
