issues with leftclick in game

Having an issue where upon entering game I can't lock camera (y) or use any of the left click functions of the game. In order to get any sort of response from the left mouse button (enter the shop, exit the game, etc.) I have to spam click it quickly 3-5 times. Started having this issue last patch (5.19) and it seems to be persisting into the current one. The issue usually happens during my first game of the night and then doesn't repeat after I've left game and reentered. Yesterday, however, it happened multiple times. I play on a mac, so I'm figuring it's an apple bug.
