The new Battle Professor Graves skin, along with the battle academia loading screen border that can be purchased/ unlocked through trials pass does not appear during the loading screen before a game starts. Instead, i get the default Graves splash art along with the name of the new skin still showing. Not really sure if others are experiencing this. Would love a fix soon if its universal.

i also have this issue i thought it might because of the chroma but it seems that it wont show the skin or special border no matter what i do

Same here, I'm on Mac also so this is definitely a client issue and universal.
Yeah me too, I wanted to check the border as soon as I got it. Then I was confused about what was showing on loading screen :s
