So, about a month ago I played a game against a Lux that goes monstrously strong. And since she kept on snaring me since I had no mobility I decided to buy QSS. Lux snared me in the fight and I couldn't QSS it.
Is this a bug or you just can't QSS her snare?

Hm....you should be able to get out of it...Perhaps you used it too early?
You should be able to QSS out of the snare, it gets you out of all disables and removes all debuffs.
Qss works on everything except knock ups.
You couldn't QSS it because it was on cooldown and you didn't notice.
QSS removes every debuff currently on you, which includes Lux's Q. It even works on knockups, but you can't do anything until you land.
