[Client/Store] Dragon Trainer Heimerdinger Skin Not Included in Legendary Filter

Dragon Trainer Heimerdinger is available in the Store for purchase, but does not show up when you filter skins to only show Legendary.

1. Log into the Client.

2. Open the Store.

3. Click the Skins tab.

4. Search "dragon trainer" (if the dragon trainer heimerdiner skin is unowned, the skin should be shown as purchasable).

5. Check the box next to Legendary.

6. The Dragon Trainer Heimerdinger skin is not shown in the results.

*Note that I had received a skin shard for Dragon Trainer Heimer, which I thought may be messing with things, but I had others without any such shard confirm the bug on their Client/Store.
