[GAMEPLAY] Interaction between Yasuo Q and Kalista W Passive?

Not sure if this was intended to act this way or not.

Summary: Yasuo Q is listed as an AA, procs on hit/lifesteal. However, when bound with a Kalista, his Q does not work to proc her W passive for the bonus damage. Again, not sure if intended, but I know that Poppy's new passive does proc it. Just wondering if this was done on purpose or if it is a legitimate bug.
