[Client] Glitch?

So I lost a league game and forgot to click the button below the defeat sign. I started a game and in champ select I realized I didn't click it and then clicked it, then my screen turned into what it is in the screenshot. I couldn't click the button either way (it didnt do anything) and therefore i couldnt pick a champ and now I have 5 min queue time. But its only 5 so I don't care, but I was wondering if this is a bug
