Aery Keystone Dissapeared until I died

I noticed that after a certain point early in the game, Aery never returned to me and I had to play a for while without Aery. I got it back once I died but it seems that it either bugged out and glitched out of existence and just didn't come back?

I can see that the physical Aery will disappear from your side for clarity's sake, but even the passive icon was gone during those few minutes.
