Runes, emotes and loot bug

Riot pls fix your client alredy. Everytime I log in my runes are deleted and I cannot access my emotes. I see many peoples have same problem and you just don't care about them. Some of them have this problem over 2 months. Instead of fixing your game u are still adding new skins and events ...... yeah btw lunar missions are not working too..... Gj riot
