I have had 2 games now when I am playing Rek'Sai that if I use my E tunnel right before I die near the entrance of either blue buff it will make a single tunnel with no exit, it has unlimited time, doesn't count to the total 8 limit, and can't be broken by the enemy team. this can be heavily abuse however it is hard to replicate.
Any pictures, videos or anything where it happens? I've never seen this when watching other rek'sai jglers. Maybe it could even be a visual glitch possibly?
Note the tunnel directly to my left. There's no exit. I posted a bug report about this a month or 2 back.
I did not die in the making of this, though I don't know exactly how it happened.
It's not a visual glitch, the enemy team had full view of it, as did the rest of my team and I was able to ultimate to it, which was kind of broken because at one point during the game they started dragon while I was pushing top, team notified me I ulted to the tunnel then stole the drag with smite
