[CLIENT] Client Freezes at end of game screen

Hi, everytime I try to report someone (it happens exactly when I click the report icon) at the end of game screen, the whole client freezes up, I can't close it, or anything, the only way to fix it is to use task manager to close it and restart the client. Check attached link.
