Only One Champion Appearing in Champion Select (Blood Moon Bug)

The exact order of what happened:

1. Enter a queue (I entered Blood Moon)
2. Go to profile - champion - sort by weekly rotating champions
3. Accept queue as you just hit to sort by rotating champions
4. Only one champion appeared, Katarina .

A few things to note:

Katarina is on free week, also one of the few champions you can play on Blood Moon... and the only rotating champion that is available to play on Blood Moon. Basically, the champion select loaded Free Week champions instead of Blood Moon champions.

And lastly Katarina got auto-locked, forcing me to dodge, my usual day as of late~

Update: Didn't restart the client....long story short, playing Katarina (problem persisting until restarting client presumably)
