[GAMEPLAY] 5.16 Zac's E - Elastic Slingshot doesn't work the way it's supposed to

This is a minor, but very annoying bug. After the update, zac now jumps not where you click, but a bit closer to him. See the picture.

They recently buffed his E range but I'm assuming they only increased the range indicator and not the actual ability. Oops :)
