Project yi's dance not scaling with movement speed.

So I was playing a game as project yi, and I bought home guards because I wanted to see that sweet dance at 5x speed. Interestingly though it doesn't appear to scale with movement speed. Riot please fix, you added this in 5.17 and I was super excited to see the project yi dance in 5x speed. Obviously this is just a bug, shouldn't bee too hard to patch.

This is intentional. PROJECT: Yi's dance isn't meant to scale with movement speed. We did this because this skin has its own unique dance.
