[CLIENT] Queue not popping up but being told I have declined too many queues

This error started to occur when I tried to play with another person in my house on the same connection. We create the lobby, search for a game, the queue will either pop for 1 person and not the other, or just not at all. After a few mins it will say that we have declined, when nothing has popped up.

It will also occasionally say 'players not ready' when I try and start the queue, even in solo lobbies.

When the lobby in bugged, the only way to stop the queue from going is to close the client completely.

Im guessing it is a connection to server problem but I have tried a lot of things including;

-port forwarding -setting static IP's -resetting/flushing DNS -turning off all firewalls -hextech repair tool -re-installing client

Does anyone have any other ideas?

Check drivers and windows updates. I know there are a few things the client relies on update wise from windows.

[cass-cry] Same thing happening to me. everything up to date and its super annoying, since it counts as doding in terms of LP / Promo Series.
