Purchased Program Lissandra received Program Soraka

After buying some RP, i went into a custom game with a friend, I locked in lissandra and went on to purchase her skin from her champion page. I got the error message that i have no RP left, but i didnt purchase anything. I log off and back on and discover my RP was actually used up. I check my recent purchases and Program soraka was there. no idea how this could happen. I have a submitted a ticket REQUEST #21341951 but they told me they do not give more refunds, which is not the case here.
