Vi Black Cleaver bug (E+W)

W effect only applies Black Cleaver on a normal auto, not with an E auto. Her E animation is faster than a normal auto so I tested it with higher attack speed and it had no effect, so I assume this has something to do with how her E damage is applied(?) This is important for her Q-A-E combo. Thanks!
