Patching Looks different

I get this popup and I know theres a buttons to click but the window is too small to show it. Is there a way I can make the client bigger so I get the rest of the pop up? Its showing about 70% of it. I've tried click and dragging but that doesn't work. If you have found a fix please let me know

I'm having the same problem, there's no actual fix as of yet as far as I know. You can go into control panel > display and make everything 100% instead of the default 125% size, but you find find it jarring if you're used to 125%. Alternatively you can try pressing tab to get to the accept part of the screen.
