Azir's soldiers bugged.

So while I was playing a game as Azir nothing was unusual. Then I started to want to make trades with my opponent and noticed my Thunderlords didn't go off even though I did W + AA + Q + AA (This should activate Thunderlords normally) but it didn't. So I thought my soldier was just too late in attack the enemy and he got out of range of it, which was kinda odd since that ever happens. Then as the game went on I was farming with my soldiers but it literally didn't do anything. The soldier did the animation, I did the animation, but no damage at all. Nothing. This happened to minions and even to champions.
