In-Game Cursor Flickering

I don't know any better way to describe this than this: My cursor flickers from how it normally is to completely invisible while moving my cursor across the screen in-game, and it is COMPLETELY invisible while i have my cursor standing still. This is a MAJOR issue for me, as it is very hard to last hit not knowing where i clicked until after i have attacked, and kiting is near impossible. I don't really understand how to create GIF's while in game, and a stillshot would be useless in describing this matter. I have talked to everyone i know, and have not found anyone with the same issue as me after downloading the newest patch. My cursor was completely fine up until i downloaded the newest patch. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
