Warlord's Bloodlust Keystone Dissapears in Practice Tool Rest Game

**Using Practice Tool Warlord's Bloodlust disappears when using the Reset Game function. **

Scenario: Playing champion with Warlord's Bloodlust the first time the game loads everything works fine. The icon for Warlord's charging is seen and the effect of lifesteal happens when at 100 stacks. Used the Practice Tool's Rest Game function to start from 0. No icon for charging stacks appears. To ascertain whether or not the charges were building without an icon showing I tried to walk around to generate stacks and then hit multiple minions/jungle monsters to watch for the proc, it was not seen nor was any healing done.

Have tried multiple champions, restarting the game, and having someone else try on their account. Same situation is still happening: no Warlord's after using the Reset Game feature in Practice Tool.
