[CLIENT] Ranked or normal draft pick with the new champion select just gets stuck on "please wait"

This occurs literally every time I try to queue.

I can't exit out of the queue once I get into it, I can't pick a champion. I can't play the game. I have to restart the client to be able to get out of the "please wait" message. The new champ select was working fine yesterday and I played three successful ranked games. After you guys disabled the new champ select and reverted to the old one, I didn't try playing until the new champ select came back on. When the new champ select came back online I started having this problem. I have tried repairing my client fully and that didn't help at all. Please help soon I literally can not play!
