[GAMEPLAY] Quinn Bug Stuck in Bird Form

On Quinn I used me ultimate (level 6 ability, AKA "R") and encountered a team fight when I was fleeing Tahm Kench used "Devour" and after spitting me out I was stuck in bird form with no bonuses. So it registered me as Quinn in human form but I attacked in melee range, but the abilities acted like I was in bird form also my ultimate was bugged and stuck on the full 118 second CD with no nothing to read when I hovered my mouse over the ability.
