RYZE HUGE GLITCH

So I played a blind pick game of Ryze top and god did I have the worst game of my life. My fps dropped 10 and my computer is beast of a computer so i didnt understand. After i sorted a program i got back in the game it was running normal till i died. After i died the counter to come back to life hit 0 and i stayed dead. So i disconnected and reconnected after i got back in the game i couldnt use any abilites but if i was suppose to hit somebody it would hit them 10 seconds later. There was no graphics for me at all. I got hit with fizz ult, and the fished stayed twiriling around me after i died. So was it my computer or my game.
