Friends game had a bug where viktor heals insane amount of mana while gtting ulted from gangplank. is there something im missing here or is this a bug?

so, broken as hell then. This is like that bug where zed would cause minions to random lose hp and then die upon spawning. There's no reason for anything like that to be happening to that specific champ, but it's a thing that is happening.
