Ability bar area blurry

I couldn't get a screen shot but my ability bar and stats area was completely blurred last game, I notice this sometime happens to me with summoner abilities too. Is there anything on my end that is causing this problem? it doesn't effect game play but it makes it really hard to see my stats and that's really annoying!!
