Many Bugs

I have encountered many bugs as of late. The one I have the most issue with is this loading screen bug. Me and everyone else have reached 100% in the loading screen yet, I am the only one who doesn't enter the game. Then my game constantly crashes or doesn't load all the way preventing me from entering game until 10-20 minutes in game. Causing me and my team to be far behind.

Another bug I have encountered is one where I spawn in summoner's rift and even though the barriers surrounding the spawn have disappeared I am stuck in spawn and have to disconnect and come back just so I can leave the spawn.

A third bug I have encountered lately is that after I buy my items and go to leave the spawn I cant control my champion and they go strutting down mid lane and right through the turrets into the enemy champion possibly giving them a free kill. Which causes me again to have to disconnect quickly and come back having a slight disadvantage.

One more minor bug I have had is the mouse button getting stuck in crosshair ping mode not allowing me to use the ping function in game.
