Getting into a game and not able to press any of my keybinds

Basically, I enter the game, but none of my keybinds work. This includes skills (Q W E R), recall (B), attack move, etc. I've tried most of the keys. The skills work if i spam them. My mouse works completely fine. I can click abilities and aim it with my mouse. I've had this bug for quite a while actually. It only happened occasionally, but I have been able to reconnect and it hasn't severely impacted my games until today when I got a leaver penalty for not reconnecting in time.
