fix quinn vault

i had enough of trying to escape from enemy champ with my escape ability and yet they still manage to hit me. i srsly jump on on off theyr faces and champs like garen with Q , darius with W and any on hit ability hit me ..... i would understand if it was a skillshot released befor i jump on them, but they have my boots on eyer and i kicked their heard against the wall yet they get the kill. you removed his mele stance so at least give him a fkin working escape skill
