Qualtrics Survey has broken submission field

The current version of the survey you get from in game asks at some point:

"What is your summoner level in League of Legends (or highest level, if you have multiple accounts)?"

It keeps giving me an error above that question when I try to submit the page that says:

"Please enter a valid number."

I've entered both basic numbers and roman numerals for the "number" ...nothing seems valid. I think someone forgot to create the input that validates if a number is a number...

So, I guess I won't complete the survey, though I think I was probably very close to done.
