Hello.the penalty you get from being afk(this includes the chrashes from game,internet problems in your area,pc problems or your choiece to leave game) in the end the penalty is 20 mins for the first 5 games.Or so was written to me.even thought the 5 games passed.i still get the same penalty ...Please help.and reduse that 20 mins to at least 15.it's not always the fault of the gamer for being afk
This isn't a bug, it's the system working as intended.
No, it isn't always the person's fault for disconnecting and being AFK, but that doesn't remove the fact that you're letting your teammates down during that time. Your connection issues, or whatever was the reason for your disconnection, affect 4 other real people for 20+ minutes. If this is a continual problem then you should investigate it before you receive a more severe penalty for continuously leaving games.
