Stalled Game Loads ("DataLoggin category.. Aatrox")

Hi, I just got Leaver-busted because the game failed to load for the first 5 minutes of a match (a bot match of all things). When I finally manage to load in, I noticed in yellow text in the chat frame: "DataLogging category AatroxWHit: Expired Category" -- it's the same yellow text that the "Taunty" message appears in. I have seen it twice before, and I'm not sure if those were times where the game had difficulty loading. I also noted that another member of my team did not load in until a few moments after I did. So they also (presumably) received a Leaverbuster warning. This is unacceptable. I don't think I should accumulate a ban for a series of bugged loads. I may just put off playing for a while.
