Client dosen't go into loading screen.

Hello Summoners,

The last couple of months my League of Legends have been giving me some trouble. When I try to go in for a game after Champions select my game kinda just freezes, I can see that it opens up a Client but I don't always get into the game? It opens the client and then im just stuck there trying to get in (Keep in mind it's not loading screen, im just stuck on my desktopbackground looking at a client where it says ''Something went wrong with League Of Legends''), I usually restart my PC or open the jobclient (CTRL + SHIFT+ TAB+ ESC) to close my game and then try to open it agian. It takes alot of attemps for me to get into lodaing screen, sometimes it just dosen't open so I get banned or something.. I have a fairly new computer (Listed further down)- I have had it for about 8 months now and the problem have been there for around 3-4 months now, making me not play as often even though I'd like to. I always start my games by closing all Tabs so that it's only League of Legends open, but It still happends.. I have also tried to uninstall League 3 times now and install it agian and the problem is still there.. Have anyone tried something similar with their League, or do someone have a TIP so it will stop? - Thank You In advanced for your help.
