In game bug.

It has come to my attention that there is some kind of a problem concerning the champion ''Hecarim''. Since he is one of my main champs I use him very often and for several days now I have been encountering this bug where Hecarims ''E'' seems to NOT deal any damage from time to time when charging with it on turrets. The case isnt it all times, it appears to be 50/50, at times it does and at times it just doesnt. To further give more details about it I will add that the bug seems to appear at the end of Hecarims ''E'' just before it goes on cooldown for max damage - I charge at the turret and the last second before it goes on cooldown I attack and no damage is applied... That has been a big problem at times especially on ranked games, I hope this doesnt go unnoticed.
