Quinn's Harrier [Gameplay]

Not a horrible bug and probably could be put off but I just noticed it. When playing as Quinn against Yasuo The harrier targeting will stay on him but it can't be set off. It happens when he wind walls the first attempt at setting it off.

How to make it happen: 1.) Either wait for the harrier proc to target yasuo or vault him to make it target him. 2.) Then before setting of the harrier have yasuo wind wall. 3.) It will block it but yasuo will still have the target on him, and if you try to set it off again it dosnt work it will be a normal basic attack.
