Loaded into a game, noticed that my cursor didn't change from the normal Windows icon to League's. When loaded in game I couldn't click anything or use any of my hotkeys. Reloading the game/client did not resolve the issue.
Please resolve, I just lost a ranked game due to this issue.
Other players were also having this problem, and Riot has since found out that Discord Overlays were causing the problem. Try turning off your overlays.
You should also be careful about using any additional apps or modifications, as they can be prone to causing issues, and they're not something Riot supports. You can read more about Riot's stance regarding this here: Third Party Applications.
