[GAMEPLAY] Scoreboard and jungle timers displaying incorrectly

The scoreboard and jungle timers in my game were displaying very much incorrectly. All of the entries in the scoreboard were compressed into the top lane slot and displaying over top of each other. For the jungle timers, the frames and backgrounds around all the timers except Baron/Herald were missing. See screenshot in the link.
