TFT no champion for all players

Everyone picked their champion from the roulette and nobody got it. The first round lasted for about 3 minutes and then on next round everybody bought champions and they disappeared.

Everyone ended up leaving the game because the game was unplayable. It was my first game of today if any RIOTer needs to see it.
