[GAMEPLAY] Sivir - Spellshield Blocking Spell But Still Receiving Damage

In this specific case on Sivir, when she blocks Ezreal's Mystic Shot (Q), she will be refunded mana and quote "nice try," but will still receive damage. Also applies on-hit damage, such as when Ezreal has a Sheen. However, it is not necessary to have an on-hit effect to reproduce the bug.

3. Sivir blocks spell and is refunded mana, but still takes damage after blocking

Happened in a ranked game, and reproduced in a custom game with just a friend twice (3 games total). It has happened each time without fail, on default Sivir and Ezreal skin (with Frosted Ezreal being used once). Items do not affect the reproduction of this bug.
