really bad kais glich

i was playing kaise and i was trying to r but i couldnt r and i hadded plasma but ito woouldnrt ultimate and i would live with shield pls fix since it makes game too much hard and it really amkes me sad because im bronse 4 only because it gilcjh and in the description it clearly states thta it teleport u to plasma stacke and give shield so pls fix also can u nerf tryndamere because he cant die and its so borken i dont think he deserve pls im a big fan thx
