Not connecting to Server issues

Is anyone else when trying to que for urf, selecting roles for normals, or logging back in having to wait like 3 minutes for things to load properly and sometimes getting a response saying something along the lines a report was filed to our team? I am wondering if it is just me or if this is something bigger then my own technical issues.
